The OPA is a worthy charity helping both patients and their families deal with the reality of cancer. My father in law Michael died 6 years ago after losing his battle. So now it's time to dust of my trainers and curb the Christmas eating to battle hard to get over the finish line in March. So please spare me a thought and maybe a few quid, all donations big and small gratefully received.
