Its 3 years since my last cycle ride for SJP Foundation due to eye problems and holiday clash. We are embarking on a 3 day cycle ride over 444km long, starting at the Olympic village and heading down to Harwich for an overnight boat trip.

I am very passionate and proud of our Foundation, having been the representative for Liverpool office and also on the committee, I have seen first hand, how we have changed many lives. The main focus is on helping children & young people who are ill or disadvantaged both in the UK and overseas. The Foundation also supports the hospice movement, charities in aid of cancer and more recently those helping people of all ages with mental health issues.

We have raised and distributed over £71million in the last 26 years.

It doesn't matter how large or small your donation is, every amount is very much appreciated and will help our chosen beneficiaries, it is also match funded by the company, so every £1 becomes £2 and if you're a taxpayer you can also gift aid it.
