We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

Almost a year ago my Mum was diagnosed with Cancer and to be honest I felt helpless. All I wanted to do was help but I'm not a doctor or a scientist I couldn't treat or cure her. I always had in the back of my mind that I wanted to do something to raise money for charity once she was given the all clear, and thankfully my Mum is now cancer free. However, unfortunately now my cousin is dealing with her own battle with cancer, this reminded me that Cancer is still a thing that needs to have a cure. Which is why I wanted to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

Despite never boxing before I have always loved boxing, kickboxing, and MMA. I spend most of my time watching fights, reading combat sport websites, and thinking about what would happen if McGregor had actually Ko'ed Mayweather . So when I heard about an opportunity to raise money for a good cause and do something I've dreamed of, I jumped at the chance. So far I'm in the early stages of dieting and training. I have eight long weeks starting now and it's already hard but I have all the motivation I need.

So please, any money you can spare to help reach the £145 goal I've set is greatly appreciated! If you can come to the event to watch I promise that win, lose, or draw I'll put on a good show.
