The Gentleman’s Night Out is a Birmingham based charity who's approach to fundraising and giving is extremely unique, 100% of raised funds are donated to charity with 0 contribution to administration and overheads. Donations are made to a variety of charities and good causes: 

• Regardless of race, colour, creed or age
• To individuals and organisations
• To those that do not have the ability to raise funds themselves.

They also raise funds for other beneficiaries for whom a relatively small donation has produced a profound and lasting effect.

All funds awarded are given, after appropriate investigation, to those who really need it most

The GNO has now raised over 7 million pounds and, with your help, we can continue to make a significant difference to numerous individuals and organisations.

This is also a  personal challenge for me, in 2011 I underwent emergency surgery on my bowel and bladder and very nearly lost my life, then unfortunately I had more surgery in 2013. During my recovery I was determined to get well and fit so I could raise money for worthwhile causes . 

Now recovered and fighting fit I am thrilled to be taking part in the London Marathon 2014. I am only a short way into my training programme but I’m absolutely loving it. :0) Hope to see you all at the finish line!
