Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Chris & Pete are taking part in Wheels around Weald 40 mile ride in memory of our dear late mother-in-law,  Sue Twallin who spent her last weeks at Hospice in the Weald where she received excellent care and support.  Sue gave freely of her time to HitW where she was for a number of years a valued bereavement counsellor.

Hospice in the Weald receives very little statutory funding and requires £8m a year to operate.  It relies on the support of the community it serves through fundraising and legacies.

Neither of us are highly tuned athletes, so 40 miles will be a challenge given Pete's maximum to date is only 34... so relying on Chris for a tow!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
