On Sunday 11th June I shall be completing the Round Norfolk Epic Cycle Sportive which covers 200 miles in one day and hope to complete the distance in under 11 hours.

I will be raising money for Break which gives vulnerable children and young people the time, support, and care they need to achieve their full potential. Whatever a child’s start in life, they believe that with the right support there is no limit to what they can achieve. Through innovation, lifelong relationships, and keeping our young people at the heart of what they do, they are transforming futures and changing lives.
