I am very glad to report that I have been able to get back into running - with just a few niggles, several years after a doctor in Cyprus told me to stop after some hip pain. 

I would like to raise some money for ongoing medical care amongst Syrian refugees - the guys providing this are doing amazing work and giving hope to folks suffering.
