In January 2007 our daughter Ellen died, aged just 10 months old.  She had been diagnosed with a rare liver condition, Biliary Atresia, at the age of 5 weeks.  Although she had undergone surgery when only 7 weeks old, this was not successful and she was waiting for a transplant when she died.

Children's Liver Disease Foundation is working to provide funding for research, information and emotional support to families affected by the many liver diseases that children suffer from.  Approximately 75% of their income is from fundraisers, so any contribution can make a significant difference, but the bigger the better!
