The PSU's team for the first ever Manchester Legal Walk is raising funds for legal charities in the North West including the PSU itself.

The PSU provides support to people going to court on their own. Every day, people appear at court in Manchester dealing with matters that will have a dramatic effect on the rest of their lives - insolvency, eviction, employment, debt, divorce, contact with children. Those who cannot afford a lawyer to represent them can find the experience particularly difficult. Volunteers from the PSU provide vital support - helping people find their way around the building, accompanying them in court, and offering emotional support and practical information. 

We are a small charity with limited funds and we really appreciate your support.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor us - the London Legal Support Trust is holding the funds for us and they will get your money faster. In addition, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
