Thanks SO much for bothering with this - I really really appreciate it, and it will hopefully make all those times forcing myself off the sofa and out to jog around the streets in the rain worthwhile!  I know that for a lot of people 10k isn't really that far, but it's the furthest I will ever have run, and I want to try to make it worth the effort by raising money for Cancer Research, in remembrance of my Dad.  Thanks very, very much - and please know that I'll be grateful for whatever you feel like giving.
