I am doing this run for Diabetes UK as an acknowledgement of how diabetes can change the life not only of the sufferer but for the whole family. I am in awe of how my friend Jan has coped with her daughter's diabetes and am aware of the massive impact it has on all their lives. This one is for you El and Jan and James  xxx
