Penny was diagnosed with a cancer in early 2013 that defied all attempts to treat it.  The cancer eventually started to catch up with her in January 2014 and she passed away in mid-March.  During that time she recieved first-class care and attention from many different organisations and individuals.  Rather than sending flowers to her funeral, we are are inviting friends and family to make a donation to Macmillan Cancer Support who provided particular support to both Penny and husband Colin in her last few weeks.
