Hey hey everyone! Thank you for taking the time to visit our page! 

We are doing this "Devil Mud Run" Saturday 16th September!
It's a 9K course featuring over 31 obstacles, mud, hills, water and hell!

We just really want to raise more awareness for something that affects so many people! 

We aren't great runners, and not many of us have done a Mud Run before, so it's going to be a struggle! 😂....and also Mike has promised to do the run in speedos if we meet our target!! 🙈
