All of you know I am not one for running (or any kind of physical activity really) so I need you to donate some moulah to this wonderful charity to make my sweatyness worth it. 

I am also likely to resort to dancing my way around the 5K course (because it's pretty much the only activity I like), so I will look like a total pillock, surely my humiliation is worth a few quid?!
