I'm taking part in 30 Mile May for Age UK Lambeth!

Age UK Lambeth have done an amazing job especially during the Covid years.  They have provided daily events on zoom from exercise, dance, poetry, discussions, story writing, crafts and so much more.  This is in addition to the usual befriending services and advice.    I can honestly say I think I would have been lost without the input of the My Social team and they continue to provide face to face events as well as zoom classes for those who need them.

Contributing to Age UK Lambeth will ensure that they can continue the good work.
