We work as part of the Pendle East Neighbourhood Team to provide wrap-around support for local residents with physical and mental health needs as well as various difficulties associated with housing, finances and social isolation. 

Open Door Centre in Colne is a vital charity at the heart of our community. We work closely alongside this centre to support the people of Pendle East. Open Door have been established since 2000 and is well regarded and utilised by many different organisations and services. The Centre provides a safe, nurturing and friendly environment for individuals experiencing a vulnerable time in their lives.

Open Door provide lots of support including: 1-to-1 counselling, signposting to appropriate services, a community snack bar/meeting place serving low cost, home-made meals, free internet access, as well as training, wellbeing classes, support groups and various other beneficial activities. They also operate a foodbank, which has been a lifeline for many residents of the local area.

Any donations are greatly appreciated and all the money raised will go directly to Open Door.
