Having found out about all the good work Above & Beyond do for all the hospitals across Bristol, I wanted to get involved and help in some way.

There will come a point in all our lives where we will need the services of a Bristol hospital (if you live in Bristol of course!) and whilst the NHS is great, it struggles to fund some really important stuff, from life saving pieces of kit to making the hospital environment a nicer place to be, which is where Above & Beyond step in and try to fund what the NHS cannot. Without people volunteering and fundraising it wouldn't be possible to do what they do.

So the least I can do is try to cycle my lard ass from Bristol to Paris and try to raise some cash to help buy a 3D Ultrasound Scanner that will help save the lives of thousands of unborn children in Bristol.

I don't do a lot of charity stuff and rarely ask for sponsorship, so if I've ever bought you a drink and you can find some cash to spare to help me hit my £5K target it would be hugely appreciated.
