Story
In May this year, to celebrate Paul's 40th birthday and commemorate 5 years since he passed away, I'm embarking on a 190 mile solo bike ride.
Pedal for Paul will start at his house in Buxton, Peak District, and take me all the way down to his memorial tree in Richmond Park, Surrey.
I was inspired by my nephew James last year who did the first Pedal for Paul with his nursery buddies!
All monies raised will contribute to his memorial fund, to help save lives of other young people through free heart screenings in collaboration with CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young). To find out more about CRY and see where you can get a free heart screening for 18-35 year olds, please visit www.c-r-y.org.uk
