The Peak District motorbike group public ride · 24 April 2022

We operate emergency helicopter services to make bereavement through trauma rare.

Story

On Saturday 9th April, our groups founding member Jordan Richardson was unfortunately involved in a serious motorbiking accident where the Derbyshire Air Ambulance Service helped save his life.

So in dedication to his recovery, Jordan’s family and the admin team have decided to dedicate our ride to raising more awareness for the Derbyshire Air Ambulance Service.

The Air Ambulance Service operates the local air ambulance services for Warwickshire & Northamptonshire and Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland as well as the national paediatric and neonatal transfer service, the Children’s Air Ambulance, covering the whole of the UK. The Air Ambulance Service does not receive funding from the government for its daily missions. It relies entirely on voluntary donations and support from our communities and business Your support will help keep us flying.

Please remember, ride safe.
