Christmas Hope 2022
Campaign by PFNI (RCN 103772)
Christmas Hope is Prison Fellowship's annual project to provide hampers and toys for families at a time of year when prisoners relatives can feel alone, forgotten and under extra financial pressure.

Story

Christmas Hope is a very significant part of Prison Fellowships ministry to support prisoners families and those released in the community, at what can be a difficult time of the year. Many of these families are unaccustomed to the kindness of strangers, but this practical gesture of providing food and toys dramatically illustrates the love of Christ. Through the amazing generosity of friends of PF and the help of volunteers we distributed 523 hampers and 597 toy parcels last year. It was a huge logistical task during Covid19, but so greatly needed and warmly received by all the families. One lady whose husband and son had passed away just months before was so grateful for the thought behind the gift of a hamper that she wept on the doorstep. We are committed to bringing hope to these families again this Christmas and are needing your help with this project. Help us to bless these families so much that they experience Gods love and put their trust in Him.
