Story

A man who said his brain tumour ‘stripped him of his fitness’ is preparing to climb three peaks in one day to raise money for Brain Tumour Research.

On 1st May 2022, Jeremy Payne, 46, is set to take on the tough terrain of the famous Yorkshire three peaks challenge. Together along with members of his family, he will aim to complete the scenic 25-mile route in fewer than 12 hours.

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.
