UPDATE

WE DID IT!!! :-)

After weeks of training, numerous blisters and several pairs of new trainers the pain is now over.

Pavey's Running Team would like to say a massive thank you to everyone that turned up on the day to support us. A massive thank you to everyone that's sponsored us so far. And a massive thank you to the strangers we harassed on nights out!

We have absolutely smashed our target and donations are still coming in. This page will be open until December so if you haven't done already please dig deep and donate.

Why are we doing this?

The trainers are on, the boobs are tucked firmly in their sports bras and the sweat is sweating. Training is well underway and Pavey's running team are feeling positive(ish).

We're not just doing this to lose a bit of weight and have a laugh at how red each others faces are. We are also raising money for St. Margaret's Somerset Hospice who provide essential support for patients with terminal or life-limiting illnesses and their families. You can find more details about our chosen charity under the 'My Charity' heading on this page. 

I think you will agree this is a fantastic service, so please dig deep and help us to reach our target. In return we offer you the chance to see us running, red faced and sweating through the streets of Taunton.
