Story

Just before christmas i decided i had become unfit and wanted to do something about it, being as i was turning 30 this year and its all downhill from here and I also wanted to raise some money for charity in the process.

So after a bit of thinking I have signed up to do the 10 km wyre forest fun on march 16th, the 8.5 mile Sutton Coldfield fun run on June 1st, a bungee jump on the 10th may and finally the birmingham triathlon on July 20th where I'll be doing a 750m swim, a 20 km bike ride and a 5km run.

All the money raised will be go to the John Taylor hospice for the great work they did in taking care of my sister-in-law Catherine in her final few months.

So don't be tight and put your hands in your pockets and help me raise as much money as I can.
