I am doing a number of events this year in aid of Derian House Childrens Hospice

My events for 2010 are:

14th Feb - Blackburn Winter Warmer 10K - Completed 44.30 (NEW PB)

21st March - Helly Hansen Challenge - Completed 5hrs 40min

1st April - and every weekend in April - The whole length of the Leeds Liverpool Canal in 26 mile segments.  We are starting on 1st April in Liverpool and running the canal in segments on every Saturday in April, finally finishing in Leeds.  The dates I will be running are: 1st, 5th, 10th, 17th and 24th April.

The 1st leg of my canal run was completed on 1st April 2010.  A distance of 27.75 miles in 5 hrs 10 mins.

The 2nd leg of my canal run was completed on 5th April 2010.  A distance of 26.25 miles in 4 hrs 37 mins.

The 3rd leg of my canal run was completed on 10th April 2010.  A distance of 26.08 miles in 4 hrs 23 mins.

The 4th leg of my canal run was completed on 17th April 2010.  A distance of 23 miles in 4 hrs.

The 5th and Final leg was completed on 24th April 2010.  A Distance of 26.2 miles in 4hrs 22 mins.

Sep 2010 - Fleetwood Marathon - Unconfirmed

26th April 09 - Bolton 10K (Completed -  49:30 mins)

Bupa Great Manchester 10K run (Completed -51:04)

June / July 09 - Leeds Liverpool Cycle Challenge (128miles) (Postponed)

06th Sep 09 - Great Yorkshire Run (Completed - New PB 47:36)

20th Sept 09 - Great Langdale half marathon. (Completed - 2hrs:16)

28th November 09 - Mens Fitness Rough Track Duathlon - (Completed - 3hrs:27)
