The coming months are set to be tough for everyone, but coronavirus will hit those affected by dementia the hardest.  My Mother Jean Mather suffered with dementia for a number of years and sadly passed away in her care home last week due to a combination of dementia and Covid-19.  So that's why I'm lacing up my trainers and taking on Run for Dementia, aiming to run 100 miles in 30 days.
