Many people knew and loved Paul, it was hard not to.  As well as being a generous, loving and kind man who always put others first  Paul loved to run. He took part in a number of half marathons for the CF Trust and more recently had been planning to run for the 'Better Life Appeal' who are currently fundraising to build new inpatient facilities at the adult CF Centre at Llandough Hospital, Cardiff.

This charity is significant to us as a family and on behalf of Paul we would like to thank you for joining us in supporting 'The Better Life Appeal' too.
