In my 30th year I've decided to achieve a life long ambition and run in the London Marathon. I know that some of you may laugh at this but I'm planning to give up drinking in the new year so that, weather permitting, I'm able to complete the marathon in under 3hr 45 minutes!!! 

Zurich Community trust supports 6 National Charities & numourous smaller local charities throughout the UK, these include, 

·         (NSPCC) Childline – Helps children suffering from a wide range of abuse, both sexual & physical

·         Marie Curie Cancer Care – Helps to provide Cancer nurses to the terminally ill.

·         Canine Partners –Provides assistance dogs to disabled people – even ones who can operate a cash point !

·         Hope & Homes for Children – Provide homes for orphaned & abandoned children internationally.

·         Calvert Trust – Provides outdoor adventure holidays for disabled people, their families & carers.

·         Foundation for Conductive Education – Helps people with motor disorders like Cerebral Palsy.
