We deliver outstanding care to children and families

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

About a year ago I took up walking as a hobby. I did so because I love the countryside but also I needed to loose weight and keep fit.

Then in March 2012 I realised that I could not only benefit myself by loosing weight and keeping fit but also by doing charity walks to help local and national charities.

Your help is invaluable. Every donation, however small, ensures they can continue to help local children and their families across Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield.

Examples of how our joint donations can help are:

£5.00 - Will help towards the provision of care to a child.

£30.00 - Will give a family time to be a family while a play specialist is caring for a child.

£70.00 - Will give a Mum an hour of uninterrupted sleep.

£350.00 - Will give a Dad the support he needs in dealing with the loss of a child.

Every penny counts so any amount , however small, will be greatly apreciated.

Thanks
