After a 6 hours drive through a blizzard, we arrived at the Strathpuffer 24HR to brave the elements, push ourselves to our mental and physical limits while raising funds for MacMillan Cancer Support. 

The sun shone-the sun went. The rains came, then the wind and with it snow! The irony of icing my knees while braving the freezing temperatures and icy trails was not wasted on me.

But we got there in the end and bettered our total from 2010 which was always our target. By doing this in memory of Joanne, I was able to dig deep and push on.

Thank you tp all those who have already donated and to those that haven't, go on, it's a great cause! And a special thanks to my wife Sarah who was absolutely immense in supporting Lewis and I-we couldn't have done it without you!
