Money donated through this site will be split between ABF The Soldiers' Charity and Help for Heroes (H4H)

Starting on the 10th June 2010 I will be joining Nigel Moreland (who's mad idea this is) along with "Chuckles" Boswell and PJ Luard to run from John O'Groats to Lands End.  We will be attempting to run 50 miles each day together finishing 17 days later on Armed Forces Day (see route card below).  The run is in memory of Capt Mark Hale who was killed in Afghanistan last August and was a good friend of the other team members.  My motivation for participating in this event is not only for Mark, who from what I hear was an inspiration to others, but also for friends/colleagues that have been injured or have lost their lives in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The money raised for this mammoth task will be given to ABF The Soldiers' Charity and H4H, who as you know do so much for service personnel and their families.  They have made a real difference and so could you by helping us raise as much money as possible.  But don't take my word for it - visit their websites for more information if you want to know more.

By way of a warm up I will be running the Virgin London Marathon on the 25th April 2010.
