Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am again on the fundraising trail, I am taking part in a 5 mile midnight walk wearing a grass skirt, and doing to the York 10k again, but most of all I am taking on an even bigger challange.

As I reach the grand age of 60 this year the Great North Run is something both John and I always wanted to do.  Years ago we both started running but things got in the way and never did take part. So as I reach this milestone in my life what better way than to raise vital funds  for a great place like St Leonards, and of course remember a very special person in my life John who put up a very a very brave fight against in his words "THE BEAST" cancer.

He underwent so much pain and discomfort, and the little I will go through is nothing compered to what he did, and so many others like him.

So this is for John and St Leonards please help me raise as much as possible and thank you all from the bottom of my heart
