We have set up this page for our dad Brian who passed away on 6 December 2010.  He survived lung cancer for a year and in that time was able to spend quality time with our mum and the rest of his family and his friends thanks to the outstanding care by the Beatson Oncology Team.

The Centre is involved not just in treating patients but also in carrying out clinical and laboratory research which allows investigation into possible new treatments of cancer and to look into causes of cancer as well.  The research which is carried out is obviously costly and depends upon grants from large cancer organisations and also money raised locally which is given to theFund.
