Story
On 20th April 2008 I set out on a solo cycle from Lands End to John O'Groats (The most south westerly and north eastern extremes of the British mainland.) The distance was 900 miles and I completed the task in 7.5 days.
I am raising money for Cushman & Wakefield's founded charity Schools Around the World. We undertake many projects for disadvantaged children and are currently building a school in Tanzania. This school will hopefully be the first of many. The school is in Miono and will be a secondary residential school. We have aquired a 100 acre site and are building 12 classrooms, 2 labs, a library, dinning hall, 7 dorms and a teachers house. It costs approx £10,000 per classroom so your support is very much needed as there is limited secondary education available. To find out more go to: www.satwdonate.org.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Schools Around the World will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
So please sponsor me now! I am aiming to raise £10,000 so really need your help.
Many thanks for your support.
Paul
