13.00pm 30km cycle through the local lanes of Paddock Wood and Yalding

15.00pm 10km riverside walk from East Peckham to Tonbridge

I am taking part in this challenge due to my dear friend Geoff May who has been looked after by Guy's hospital through his cancer journey without their help and support who knows where he would have been.
