To help raise money for the British Heart Foundation, along with my Dad and brother I've been bright enough to attempt the 54-mile London-to-Brighton bike ride on Sunday 21 June. As anyone who knows me will understand, this is not necessarily a good idea, but hey it's a great cause :-)
