Campaign by Our Blue Light (RCN 1178735)
Our Blue Light raising awareness of Mental Health amongst our Emergency and Essential Services.

Story

In May 2019 - I will be partaking in the Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge. This is 3 grueling mountains in Yorkshire, Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough. The time limit to do it in is 12 hours. I will hope to be achieving this.

All monies raised will go straight to Our Blue Light. Promoting wellbeing and mental health support for emergency and essential workers and their volunteers

More information on Our Blue Light can be found at www.ourbluelight.com. We are a charity supporting mental health and wellbeing in the emergency services by offering peer to peer support, TRiM assessments, referral and signposting to services, activity weekends and much more.

Our main goal is to end the stigma surrounding mental health in the emergency services and essential services, you can help by being generous and donating to my page.
