WE DID IT!! I am delighted to say that Harry and I completed the Great North Run on Sunday and we would like to thank you all for your support. Harrys young legs got him to the finish 40 seconds before me and I managed to beat my time of last year and did it in 1 hour 56 mins and 22 secs.

Having completed the Great North Run last year in just under two hours I have decided to give it another go this year. Harry, having reached the minimum age, is joining me to run for Prostate Cancer UK in memory of my father, his grandfather, Tim.
