In May/June 2011 Gary and I will be attempting to cycle from Lands End to John O'Groats - we are looking for sponsorship to donate to Help for Heroes and Guide dogs for the Blind. Everything we raise will be passed to the charities - we are funding the expedition ourselves. We hope you will help.
