Story

Thank you so much for donating and encouraging us to take part in the Final Midnight Walk.

Poplar Grove Practice has proudly provided a team over the last eight years to support our Hospice colleagues.  Florence Nightingale Hospice has helped a huge number of our patients over the years, whether in the day hospice  or during their final illness. The whole team are amazing and provide a much needed bereavement listening service.

As a GP Practice we like to support our community - these past two years have been hugely challenging for all of us.  During the pandemic staff have become ill, lost their own loved ones but despite this - we have remained open and have been looking after our patients

Thank you again for your donation - to steal a phrase- every little does help, to allow FNH and all the staff to continue to provide outstanding care to our community
