I'm fundraising for LHM (Little Hearts Matter) because they have been there for all my family with help and support through the most stressful and difficult times. When my son, Cameron, was 9 days old he collapsed and was diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, only half his heart worked. LHM gave us invaluable support and information throughout his short life. After his death the type of support they provided was different, better almost!! I would like to be able to repay this fabulous charity for the support they have given my family by jogging, walking or maybe even crawling 10k!! Any sponsorship money would be gratefully received and could help another family faced with this horrible diagnosis, thanks. Paula x
