Last year the majority of us participated in the ice bucket challenge for Motor Neurones disease, I myself didn't know much about the disease but then took the time to find out a bit about what I was helping raise money for and learned what a devastating disease it is.  Now ironically a lovely man I know has been been diagnosed with the disease. His lovely wife and three gorgeous children  have decided to do the charity walk to raise money for the charity to help find some way of helping sufferers and I've agreed to do the walk alongside them so please help me help them and sponsor me on this walk. Any donations how big or small would be greatly appreciated.
