I will be taking part in the London 10K run organised by ASICS on Sunday 10th July 2011 - to raise money for the Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital.

I have climbed my own health mountains over the last few years, thinking I would not be able to walk a few miles comfortably. Yet, here I am taking on this personal challenge and enjoying the training hugely.

Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital needs no introduction. It simply does wonderful work,helping countless children in their times of need. So please dig deep and donate now.
