Story
Hello!
Some of you know I have come to Cambodia on a self funded trip to volunteer for the charity I help out at http://www.smallstepsproject.org/
I am here to but shoes for children so they can go to school and provide aid where needed but mainly to help with a couple of other organisations set up nursery projects..
Before I came I bought Simon Peggs shoes for £280 and also raised about £40 from selling pins in a box from my mums shop and the pub I work(ed) in....so thats my £320 already...Help m Obi wan kenobi. You are my only hope...(as I have spent all my money coming here!!)
It is truely amazing to be here doing something to help and see where the money goes and who we help. I am paying for this trip myself and thought that maybe my friends would like to give some money which I can use out here to help or used in the many projects we have going on!
I have 500+ facebook friends if everyone gave a pound thats a lot of shoes and aid...I said £1000 as I have no idea how much to say but would like to smash that!
Here is my blog so you can follow what I am doing http://itsjustme30.wordpress.com/2012/11/10/my-first-day-at-oda-and-vist-to-free-schools/
So please give what you can and share this link with your friends...
PS Ieft the borning bit underneath!
