Story
Jo Moran and I met at secondary school, soon became best friends and had many great times together over the years.
Jo was diagnosed with cancer in the summer of 2011 and lost her fight in December 2011. She was very brave, determined and never gave up.
I want to give something back to the amazing hospice that looked after Jo, its the least I can do.So, its time to get my bike out as I have a place in the London Triathlon in September...I will be doing the olympic distance race of 1500m swim (in the Thames, yuck), cycling 40k and running 10k. Woohoo!
