My first ever great north run completed in 2.08 45secs great fun with a fantastic atmosphere roll on next year. Thanks to all of you who have sponsored me as you know the money will be going to st cuthberts hospice thanks to them for giving me the chance to participate in such a big event!!!! And thanks to everyone who helped me achieve it!!!!

Well only two weeks to go training been really hard but did my last 12 mile yesterday before the big one tapering down now so relaxed for the day!!!! As you know I have been given a chance to do the great north run for st cuthberts hospice who has provided support and care to the people of Durham and Chester -le-street who suffer from life limiting conditions as well as there families and carers for 21 years. Please help me to support them by sponsoring me to do the run I have been doing some hard training with a lot of help and it is showing in my running so hope to do well on the day!!
