I was diagnosed Diabetic last year.  I’m working to be in remission, so no medication. I have changed what I eat. Last alcohol fun was New Year’s Eve 2023. I have started swimming to shift some weight and saw the Swim22 challenge. So bring it on !! Why just cross the channel at 22 miles, let’s do there and back, a whole 44 miles
