Story

In December 2013 my family was affected by the terrible disease, Alzheimer's. My dad was diagnosed with it just before Christmas but is unaware
As you can imagine this was devastating news and I can't begin to imagine the immense pressure my mum is under to help my dad.
Those who know me well will know that my parents are my absolute heroes and I love them dearly. Dad is forgetful as you can imagine, but most times we manage to have a laugh about it (he's never been good with names calling me Martin, Darren then eventually Paul!!).
To help raise awareness and to raise funds I'm going to do a charity bike ride for the Alzheimer's Society and have created a Just Giving page so you can show your support. Please donate, share and like the page👍🏼 Feel free join me, inbox me for the details.
On Sunday 2nd August my plan is to ride to villages to spell out Alzheimer's and take a pic at each one. This is a total of just under 80 miles!!!
