I'm taking part in this year's CRN Fight Night  to raise money for a fantastic local charity called Wessex Autism.

I step into the ring on 22nd May at The Brewery, Chiswell Street, London EC1Y 4SD. 

Without volunteer fighters the charity event could not take place so it was rude not to offer up my services. 

It would be great if you could make small donation to help hit my target fundraising total.

On the night:

There will be a 3-course black tie dinner, auction and lots of exciting ways to raise extra money on the night.  Pre-fight interviews are screened before each bout and help build the atmosphere. Each fight is professionally refereed.

Profits raised from CRN Fight Night 2014 will be equally divided between the contenders' nominated charities.

6.30pm - Champagne Drinks Reception

7.00pm - Welcome Speech

7.10pm - First round of fights

7.45pm - Dinner & Auction

9.15pm - Second round of fights

11.00pm - Bar opens

1.00am - Carriages
