Story
Living alone, it's good to have some company around. So in February 2018 I adopted Pebbles from Scunthorpe Cat's Protection. She was waiting to be re-homed because her previous owners could no longer care for her. Pebbles is 3 years old, knows exactly what she wants, and isn't afraid to tell me! She's very affectionate and is always happy to see me when I get home from work each day.
So I've challenged myself to walk 1 million steps during the 3 months (92 days) between 1st July to 30th September this year. That's equivalent to 460 miles, or nearly 11,000 steps every day.
I'll be using a wristband fitness tracker + smartphone app to track my steps each day, and will post the results on this page every evening.
