So anyone who has been unfortunate enough to talk to me in the last few months will know I've decided to attempt a Marathon before I hit the big 4-0 (don't call it a mid-life crisis).

I'm also going to use this opportunity to raise some money the RVH Liver Support Group, they are celebrating their 25th Anniversary this year and provide support for adults, children and their families coping with any liver condition.
